Emmanuel was east to work with and took our time and busy schedules into consideration. Emanuel and his team went above and beyond to help meet my needs and expectations with my purchase. It was a fuss free and stress free vehicle purchase. Only thing I'd suggest is implementing the same customer concept that the West Covina location has were they provide Popcorn, fresh baked cookies, coffee, and beverages. On that note the Glendora location is 100x's more down to earth and approachable. None of their team members seemed like the text book sales man. They have a humanized friendly approach.
