I came to Toyota of Glendora with the intention to leave with a brand new car and I did just that on day one. I test drove two 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross SUVs... one Wind Chill Pearl L model and one Celestite LE model. I loved the LE model more as it had more power behind the pedal and that's the one I'm going places with in 2025 and beyond. YES, IT'S SOLD!My visit was no more than a few hours from start to finish. Great customer service from time I dropped vehicle off to time I picked it up.
Spent over $200 for front bumper to b fixed. Not hard just time consuming. Waited in cat for 10 to 15 minutes then waited another 10 to 15 minutes for part dept to find part I already paid. 2hours later car not done and I did have to go to work. I kept being told in a short time or 15 more minutes. The rep told me that they could stop but car is not done. My car finally done and there for over 3 hours & late to work.
One week later bumper popped out. I finally returned a few weeks later and the same rep told me of receipt and stated I will have to go to body shop. I asked what did I spend $200 for and he stated same thing. He did not have a mechanic look at car etc. He did not help at all! I left!
I suggested to my Wife to make a same-day appointment here for an oil change and tire rotation since I had a fantastic service here 3/4 months ago. I’m not sure what happened, but she told me that it took 4 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. When she asked Rodrigo about why it was taking so long, he didn't have a reason for the hold up and they were dismissing the issue. Since it took so long, I had to drive to her with our sick baby so we could switch and wait on her behalf. I thought this location would have given my Wife the same service they game me a few months back, but after this poor service, we will be taking our business else where.
Service received was not what we expected. My husband made an appointment yet waited in a long line. There should be a dedicated line for those with appointments Our car is still under warranty yet one service was not approved saying we would need to pay for the diagnostic testing. Does t seem
right. Another repair was only made once my
Husband d asked to speak to the manager. Let your service technicians do the right thing for customer service yo begin with. We have been using this dealership for 13 years but may need to seek service somewhere else Not happy
Our 2012 Camry’s navigation system needed a software update and Toyota of Glendora diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!
Customer Service is slowly becoming a thing of the past. No more curtesy shuttle, no more free coffee or donuts in the waiting area. Service writers use know you by name. Now we are just numbers.

I have so many fond memories of my first car purchase. As the year have gone I have refer and continue to be. Loyal customer. Today I experience the worst customer service by Miguel in service.1) I was never send a link to keep up with my maintaince of my vehicle.
2) I waited 15-20 before I approached him about my Lyft.
3) when I returned to get my car no ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.To say the least I’ll be looking elsewhere to go where I can be acknowledged, respected.

Long term service customer but today was mega different and disappointing. Was there only for scheduled oil change with no issues for my truck but service rep made false claims to force or entrap me for over two thousand dollars, by saying if I don't get it done, I'd have to call tow truck to take my vehicle. He claimed that the oil pan screw washed out when they were changing the
and claimed that the cause was that my car was too old. Just unreal behavior and lies that have now caused them to loose a 10 year customer
The service experience at Toyota of Glendora was nice and smooth. David Millan helped me right of way, applied a discount I had seen online and set me up with a shuttle ride so I can pick up the truck. I was notified when the service was complete and was able to check out without any delays.

We were not made aware that your car service ride was only one way! At last minute, we needed to find our own ride. Other dealership offer a pick up when the service is done. We will not use Glendora Toyota in future.

Showed up for regular scheduled maintenance on Monday December 30, 2024 a little before noon and didn’t get my vehicle until past 5pm. No one even bothered to let us know my Sienna was ready since 3:30pm until walking up to the cashier and asking how much longer it was going to take. Hard to believe that no one had any kind of sense to let us know that my van was ready, really pathetic!!
