As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly technician, and my car was taken in for service. I did not feel any pressure to purchase any services or upgrades, but I was informed of everything that was done to my car, and the recommendations made by Toyota.
I ordered a hitch for my new rav4. It came in super fast. Very helpful in scheduling me an appointment to have it installed. They did a great job installing it for a reasonable price. Very happy with the whole experience. I would recommend them.
