Whenever it’s time for a service, I’ve always had a good experience at Toyota of Glendora. Their staff of qualified and friendly advisors are there to any questions I might have and their techs always take care of my Toyotas in a timely manner.

The service department is the best that’s why I’ve been going there for over 24 years now. The techs are great and very knowledgeable about customer service and their experience is at the top level !!!

My problem was resolved timely

到了地方才发现，我比预约的时间早到了一个星期，不过还好，工作人员没有说什么，还是给我的车做了保养，也就是说，这里不忙，周六也上班。建议上班族预约这里。5000英里保养时间约1个小时。 When I arrived, I realized that I arrived a week earlier than the appointment time. Fortunately, the staff didn't say anything and still serviced my car. In other words, this place is not busy and they work on Saturdays. It is recommended that office workers make an appointment here. The 5,000-mile maintenance time is about 1 hour.

I liked the free coffee and lounging. Truthfully I don’t like the service cost that can be done by me. I do agree with you that the major damages should be done at a Toyota Dealership.

I was in for my 75,000 mile checkup. Service was fast (no waiting) on a Thursday. Everything was explained verbally and in writing. The full checkup was completed in a couple of hours. Thanks, Toyota of Glendora! I am so grateful for your 5-star treatment!
